We achieve this by offering continuous learning and development, collaborative team work environment, promotion of work-life integration, and exposure to a wide variety of work.Imagine your future at MUFG Investor Services where you can grow professionally, in a diverse and inclusive workplace that rewards your contribution.#LI-HybridJob DescriptionMUFG Investor Services IT team is looking for a talented and experienced Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting banking applications such as Flexcube, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, FX All and MUFG FX, in addition to integrated banking products.Successful applicant should have experience in working with banking solutions for Financial and Fund Administration Institutions. This person will be responsible for the delivery of internal operations and support, he/she will interact with the external vendors, and be part of an internal team managing a portfolio of in-house/vendor applications. The candidate will play a crucial role of linking the business teams and the IT solutions group.You Will:

Play a key role as part of a global support team covering the IT Core banking applications (Flexcube, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, FX All and MUFG FX),
Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors &/or Internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during product migration and BAU,
Coordinate with vendor and/or Support teams for various technical deliverables including Customization Deliveries, Patch sets, fixes,
Document IT user procedures around IT Change Management & business user procedures while effectively supporting user training,
Support Project Managers in ongoing initiatives related to the Core Banking Solutions.
Interact with vendors of financial systems about technical issues and the coordination of enhancements.
Participate in new platform releases, as well as testing activities to confirm system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment.
Development and enhancement of the platforms to increase automation and expand the utilization of features,
Internal co-ordination between distinct internal IT functions and groups to ensure high quality service delivery and total ownership of issues to complete resolution,
Examinations and Audits - Respond to requirement from regulators and auditors to provide appropriate support for information requests.

All the Better:

Knowledge of IaaS (e.g. Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments, Linux, Java applications, Microsoft IIS, Apache Tomcat, Weblogic, SQL Server, Oracle DB.
Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle and standard software development methodologies including ITIL standards (certification will be a plus).

QualificationsYou Have:

4+ years in a team responsible for providing analytical, technical support and administration of business banking applications,
Exposure and understanding of Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java experience,
Advanced business process and business analysis knowledge as well as financial and business acumen skills.
Working knowledge of applications, systems, and application architecture.
Strong working knowledge of System Development Lifecycle and standard software development methodologies including ITIL standards,
Experience in creating test scripts and methodologies, as well as implementing and executing test scripts,
Excellent technical writing/documentation and problem-solving skills,
Exposure and understanding of Application/Database infrastructure setup and management.

Preferred:

An understanding of banking environment to bridge business requirements and IT solutions.
Experience with the rollout of new platform releases, engaging business users.
ITIL certification.
