Their in-house team supports everything from hosting to production, delivering consistent, high-quality content at scale.At Stickler, we help teams like YSG streamline livestream operations and grow performance. As part of our ongoing partnership, we’re supporting YSG in recruiting and training part-time talent to join their on-camera and behind-the-scenes livestream crew.This role is an onsite role, with recruitment and onboarding managed by Stickler.What You’ll Do * Livestream Script Development & Platform Configuration
- Prepare livestream scripts and configure modules/assets on Stickler platform.
- TikTok Studio Pre-Livestream Setup
- Upload banners, stickers, and product listings to the TikTok Studio before each livestream.
- Livestream Production Setup
- Coordinate technical setup, including lighting, camera arrangement, and product placement for optimal livestream quality.
- TikTok Video Content Planning & Editing
- Strategize, organize, and edit TikTok video content to enhance engagement.
- TikTok Live Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage and organize the TikTok Live streaming schedule to ensure consistent and timely broadcasts.
- Livestream Hosting
- Serve as an on-camera host for livestreams when required.
- Confident On-Camera Personality
- Strong Communication Skills
- Basic Knowledge of TikTok livestream and trend
- Sales or Persuasive Skills
- Familiar with TikTok features, trends, and livestream formats
- Confident, organised, and proactive in a fast-moving studio environment
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Legally eligible to work in Singapore
- Able to commit to at least 3 livestreams per week
- Open to occasional last-minute schedule changes
- Willing to work onsite (this is not a remote role)
