The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. For more information, please visitA certificate will be given to successful trainees upon completion of the programme.Role Description:Perform logistics operations for receipt, storage and issue of raw materials, engineering spares, consumables, process related goods and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).Trainee to be involved in:To handle the proper goods receipt receipt and issuance of raw materials, engineering spares and consumables, and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) to support operational requirements -To arrange with the respective departments on stock materials received which require quality control inspection and to provide assistance where necessaryTo report immediately any discrepancies, damages and loss of stock materials upon receipt or in storage for the purpose of claims, investigation and rectification.To maintain good inventory records of all raw materials and packaging materials and the proper upkeep of all documentation in full compliance with cGMP requirements.To maintain a high standard of housekeeping of the warehouse and material handling equipment being assigned to.To maintain a high standard of security and access to the Warehouses for the purpose of safe custody of stock materials.To be well verse with and in full compliance with the established cGMP, GSOP and SOP requirements.To be actively involved in the Departmental Safety and GMP Audit.Manage returns of raw materials, engineering spares and consumables from production and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) from customers.We are looking for you with below attributes:NITEC and aboveWhat you will learn:Able to operate reach truck / forklift.Good understanding of safety and cGMPAble to navigate the MERP systemAble to use MS Office toolsAble to work in a teamAttention to detailAbility to work independentlyGood interpersonal skillsWhere will I be based?You will be based at one of our manufacturing site in Singapore near Jurong.How can I apply?Applications are now open.
