- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from concept to post-implementation review
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation to improve internal business processes
- Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules and resources, and track project progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure engagement and alignment
- Proactively identify and manage risks or issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain small applications or scripts to automate and optimise workflows
- Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure solution effectiveness
- Maintain thorough documentation, including user guides, process flows, and project update
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in project coordination, requirement gathering, and project tools (e.g., ASANA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with data visualisation or analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
- Salary: Up to SGD 5,800 + AWS + VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Yishun
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
