What you will be working on:To give support to the Legal Group in handling conveyancing work relating to lease issue, transfers, refinancing, lease buy back, conducting title searches, and other transactions which includes preparing legal documents for registration with the Singapore Land Authority, filing work, maintaining title records and such other conveyancing related matters as may be assigned.What we are looking for:You should be meticulous, independent, a good team player, proficient in using Microsoft Office, have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, good interpersonal skills, positive attitude as well as passion for service delivery.
