Account Manager (IC)

• Our client is a leading Technology firm providing comprehensive consulting and support services.
• Providing IT and Development Staff Outsourcing, Contractor and Project Services to Banking, Finance and other businesses.
• Recognized by industry leaders as a Top 25 Fintech pioneer and additional awards from Fintech brand leadership.
• Originally from China, founded in year 2007. with offices in Hong Kong, China, India, Philippines, USA, Canada, Australia, and recently Singapore (Southeast Asia) through acquisition. HQ in Hong Kong and publicly listed on Nasdaq since 2018.

• After successful 2023, looking for Account Manager(s) to join in Singapore with a team of 4 Account Managers, doing business within local banking and financial services industry.
• Reporting to the Senior VP.
• Provides account strategy, manages proposal and projects for Chinese clients based in Singapore.
• Develop a deep understanding in assigned leads’ current and future business needs through collaborative engagement.

• Ideally have 5-10 relevant experience, and background in another local IT Staff, Services and Outsourcing.
• Should have high level knowledge of IT, including software development process, project management and business analyst.
• Must have strong network, experience and personality in creating new sales, leads particularly amongst Chinese clients.
• Must be a Singapore PR or Citizen.
• Can speak fluent English and Mandarin.

• 10k-14k SGD fixed + 20%-30% of annual income as commission.
