- To provide service activities of ICU & Operating Room equipments based at our customer sites.
- To be an excellent team player and in building relationship.
- Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company's established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
- Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge's protocol.
- Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
- Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
- Responsible to customers' complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
- Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
- Sharing of knowledge and provide advise to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.
- Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- 3 years working experience in field service for industrial equipment
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus
- Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
