Requirements Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in solution architecture role Should have minimum 3 years of solution architecture experience delivering enterprise grade software solutions in cloud platform (AWS (must)). Possess a deep understanding of the insurance domain with expertise preferred in life/health, advisory distribution business. Hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture and full-stack development. Hands-on experience in delivering holistic enterprise-grade solutions for areas like digital/cloud transformation Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms like GenAI with a strong self-initiative to keep up with evolving technological trends High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizationsKey Responsibilities Act as expert in the plan, design, and delivery of end-to-end solution architecture/design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, cloud/infra, and business stakeholders, to drive solution. Drive and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the enterprise standard and agility. Drive short- & long-term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio for key business segments. Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology. Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and technical documentation. Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the overall stability and security of the systems. Recommend options to reduce costs, increase efficiency in IT and business leadership.
