FinanceAssist in the compilation of management reports for financial reportingPrepare, standardise and upload budget templates across countriesExplore process automation for compatibility with TM1Input and verify property level budget dataReview and enhance financial data collation/reporting templates/processes (e.g. TM1 mapping, Financial Authority Limits for leases)Explore AI to improve financial reporting and analysis processesRisk & SustainabilityAssist in the preparation and execution of the Annual Financial Risk Assessment of Key TenantsCollect supporting documentation and analyse financial data to identify potential risk exposures and reporting of risk findingsAssist in gathering, organising, and analysing sustainability-related data and trends (e.g. environmental data)Support the preparation of sustainability reportingCollaborate with the team to conceptualise and develop AI-based tools to facilitate tracking and monitoring of existing and emerging risks and key emerging trends / issues and regulatory developments on sustainability / ESGSupport data integration and visualisation efforts to improve tracking and reporting efficiency and providing insights to key stakeholders in a timely mannerDay-to-Day Departmental Support (as and when required)Assist with the preparation of Trustee Instruction LettersProvide administrative and operational support for ongoing finance, risk and sustainability initiativesPerform any other projects or tasks as assigned by supervisorRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Accountancy, or any other related disciplinesFoundational knowledge in accounting and AI development / machine learning / data analyticsProficient in Microsoft Excel (in particular, formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) and PowerPointGood communicator and team player and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across diverse backgroundsPrior knowledge or interest in sustainability-related subject matter / climate reporting would be advantageousClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
