Apex Group is looking for a Manager (Hedge Fund Accounting).As a Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of accounting and administration of hedge funds. You will strive to be a one point contact to investment managers and fundsâ investors. You will coordinate with and direct relevant support teams to deliver timely and accurate fund administration services to our fund clients.Job Responsibilities· Lead a sub-team in the Singapore office and coordinate with relevant support teams in local and overseas offices· Provide CRM client relationship management and take action to ensure any unsatisfactory clients are returned to satisfactory· Ensure that necessary controls are in place and adhered to to provide complete, accurate and timely fund administration services to our clients· Assist in the pre-launch phase of new client fund vehicles· Oversee the timely completion of all fundsâ auditsTo apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:· At least 7 years of relevant work experience in the fund administration industry· At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role· Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills· Ability to resolve complex issues promptly· Advanced level MS Excel, proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint· Proficiency in using PFS-Paxus will be an advantageAbout the Company:Apex Group Ltd., established in Bermuda in 2003, is a global financial services provider.
