Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary.
• Guide the team in adopting Agile best practices and principles, promoting continuous improvement and learning.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor and track team progress, ensuring that sprint commitments are met and that deliverables are of high quality.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Shield the team from external distractions and influences, allowing them to focus on their work and deliver value.
• Champion a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the team and across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with the ability to apply them in a practical context.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
