Internship - Corporate Real Estate

In your new role you will:
- Assist in space optimisation, contract negotiations and renovation project in Singapore and the region
- Help coordinate vendors and stakeholders communications, documentation, and scheduling
- Support site tracking, budget updates, project documentation, preparing presentations and reports
- Help track space usage and seating plans, support in preparing floor plans and headcount forecasts, assist in user surveys for workplaece needs
- Conduct research on market trends, occupancy benchmark, rental data in the region
- Compile and maintain the region's real estate database
- Assist in comparing stay-vs-move scenarios through data collection and analysis
- Provide administrative support to the CRE team, collaboration with internals teams and ensure compliance with all SOPs, regulations, and other applicable standards
- Understanding how corporate real estate works in an MNC
- Learn about workspace management, space planning, contract negotiation, project management and market analysis
- Hands on project management skills
- Collaborate with various stakeholders/disciplines with different disciplines across region and globally
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track to attain relevant Bachelor or Masters for Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field
- Passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends
- Dedicated self starter - have problem solving skills and follow through project-based work
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
