Join us to advance our mission and shape your future with us today!Learn more about GovTech at tech.gov.sg.[What you will be working on]We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager who will independently plan and manage major project while taking ownership of project-related engagement and change management initiatives.What To ExpectTake full ownership from idea to landed impact of workIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities for the teamDrive project-related engagement and change management for impacted stakeholdersRemove impediments or guide the team to remove impedimentsBuild a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of judgementLead and manage delivery teams, ensuring they are motivated and working effectivelyImprove the velocity of development teams at a sustainable paceEnsure teams are focused on delivering value and meeting organizational prioritiesOversee the application of Agile and Lean tools and techniquesWork collaboratively with peers across functions to achieve goalsGenerate clear analyses using cross-functional data sourcesBuild and maintain strong networks outside the immediate teamRun portions of readouts and discussions with stakeholdersIndependently manage external dependencies related to work itemsEducate and support Product Owners, especially with respect to backlog refinement and stakeholder management[What we are looking for]Minimum 8 years of working experience in delivering complex digital products or servicesStrong track record in managing multiple major projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvementsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to synthesize multiple data points into clear recommendationsExperience in stakeholder management and change managementDeep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologiesStrong organizational and prioritization skillsDegree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplinesAdditional AdvantagesWorking knowledge of Agile Contract and government procurement processesExperience with design thinking and workshop facilitationBackground in vendor managementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company as we believe that diversity is meaningful to innovation.
