- Supervise and inspect civil and geotechnical works, including cut-and-cover tunnels, deep excavations, foundation construction, ground improvement, and instrumentation installation and monitoring.
- Collate and analyse monitoring data, and use relevant software tools for presentation and interpretation.
- Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory codes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and progress reports.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to proactively resolve site issues.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on site.
- Work closely with the site team to monitor construction progress and quality control.
- Be available for shift work as required by the project schedule.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as an RTO, with at least 3 years in supervising complex geotechnical/civil works, including monitoring systems and instrumentation.
- You have a Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic or equivalent.
- Accreditation by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES/ACES is mandatory.
- You possess a valid WSH Management in Construction Industry certificate (formerly SCW/BCSS).
- You have strong knowledge of site supervision procedures, statutory codes, and quality assurance standards.
- You are proficient in site documentation, data handling, and the use of software for geotechnical data analysis.
- You have demonstrated team spirit, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- You are willing to work shifts as required by the project.
