Lead product strategy, development, and market expansion for VCSEL-based technologies, driving innovation and business growth through cross-functional collaboration and ecosystem building.Key Responsibilities:

Define product roadmap and specifications
Lead new product development and market launch
Analyze market trends and customer needs
Drive design-in/design-win with sales teams
Build application ecosystems (electronics, optics, software, thermal)
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Manage distributor and customer relationships and training

Ideal Requirements:

10+ years in semiconductor industry with expertise in VCSEL chip design and process
Strong knowledge of optoelectronics, laser tech, and semiconductor manufacturing
Proven experience in product management and market development across mobile, automotive, and industrial sectors
