We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:Support GFS process transformation programme and support transformation agenda for the region aligned with global priorities Support Global Process Owners in the definition and improvement of GFS processes retained and outsourced considering the region specifics Identify process improvement opportunities, define new processes and implement them Drive project delivery & manage programme risks Coordinate and provide training.
