We aim to deliver the best experience for all interns, to create exponential growth and paving your future in the tech industry.The candidate will participate in various aspects of the multi-stage journey to establish a sustainable IT Asset Lifecycle Management capability across all of Synapxe's product teams, encompassing over 800 business and infrastructure applications.The selected intern will assist in the following areas:

Defining the Problem: This involves utilizing design thinking, root cause analysis, user requirements gathering and translation, strategic planning, and data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights. These skills will be applied to plan and facilitate focus groups and workshops with participants ranging from 5 to over 50 people.
Planning: The candidate will engage in scenario planning, risk management, project planning, and designing project timelines, as well as defining scopes of work across cross-functional teams.
Analysis & Design: The goal is to design new or enhance existing business processes and workflows. The candidate will apply appropriate tools and methodologies, such as value stream mapping and surveys, to develop evidence-based solutions.
Monitor & Measure: This includes developing tools and procedures to measure adoption, improvement, and feedback. The candidate will co-create tools and decision matrices to prioritize change requests and new scopes, as well as manipulate and analyze primary and secondary data to derive insights and report against KPIs and other success measures.

The role includes developing funding proposals, terms of reference for governance boards, and defining KPIs to measure successful adoption and proficiency in IT Asset Lifecycle Management capabilities. The candidate will also execute secretariat duties in support of governance boards or steering committees and large-scale workshops, as well as develop and deliver presentations for assigned projects.The candidate should be able to apply data analytics and data management tools and methodologies to provide insights into real-world problems.Skills developed throughout internship:

About you:

Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related field
Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
Software skills: Visio, Microsoft Project, Power Automate, Power BI, mastery of complex formulas and functions in Excel (intermediate to advanced user), Tableau (good-to-have)
Able to apply data analytics and data management tools and methodologies to give us insights to real-world problems
Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
