- Defining the Problem: This involves utilizing design thinking, root cause analysis, user requirements gathering and translation, strategic planning, and data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights. These skills will be applied to plan and facilitate focus groups and workshops with participants ranging from 5 to over 50 people.
- Planning: The candidate will engage in scenario planning, risk management, project planning, and designing project timelines, as well as defining scopes of work across cross-functional teams.
- Analysis & Design: The goal is to design new or enhance existing business processes and workflows. The candidate will apply appropriate tools and methodologies, such as value stream mapping and surveys, to develop evidence-based solutions.
- Monitor & Measure: This includes developing tools and procedures to measure adoption, improvement, and feedback. The candidate will co-create tools and decision matrices to prioritize change requests and new scopes, as well as manipulate and analyze primary and secondary data to derive insights and report against KPIs and other success measures.
- Gain critical skills to remain relevant and a valued talent in the age of AI and robotics - Design thinking, critical thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, cognitive agility, consensus building, resilience thinking
- Develop a talent for combining data-driven observations with human behavioural insights to solve problems, drive solutions and build consensus
- Hone project management skills & practices as a foundational requirement for any future role
- Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
- Software skills: Visio, Microsoft Project, Power Automate, Power BI, mastery of complex formulas and functions in Excel (intermediate to advanced user), Tableau (good-to-have)
- Able to apply data analytics and data management tools and methodologies to give us insights to real-world problems
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
