- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service levels
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and a positive work environment
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor global market trends, geopolitical developments, and industry changes that may impact procurement activities

- Master / Degree / Diploma in supply chain / mechanical / electrical engineering or related
- Min 8 years in procurement of tyre rubber and rubber related raw materials with 4 years in management
- Success in implementing procurement strategies and achieving cost savings
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and contract negotiation
