
Customer Service Executive (Marine Logistics, East)

- Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely execution of clients' requirements across departments.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment statuses, inquiries, and service requests.
- Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely processing of invoices and records.
- Comply with internal SOPs and service standards, while continuously improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marine logistics or freight forwarding.
- Proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented with a high level of integrity.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and marine logistics processes preferred.
- Able to work independently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.
