- To manage a group of customers assigned by the management and perform sales activities to achieve sales target of the sales division
- Sales activities include pre and post price negotiation activities, sales visits to customer, sales budget planning, monitoring of orders and payment, forecast reports preparation etc
- To develop and implement business plans to increase share and sales amount for each assigned account.
- To develop multi-level business partnership with each assigned account and strive to achieve high level of customer satisfaction within the customer.
- To work closely with internal functions (like marketing, customer service, logistic, production) to provide high level of sales service to assigned accounts.
- Support to oversees the Channel activities and ensure all plans are timely implemented
- Support to propose and develop motivational schemes for partners
- Service assigned global key accounts and contribute to internal global team's initiatives
- Degree in (Sales and Marketing) or Electronics/Mechatronics or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
