Seeking a Warehouse Assistant for inventory management, order preparation, and equipment operation. High school diploma required; MS Office skills preferred. Physical ability to lift 15kg needed. A team player with a knack for efficiency will thrive in this role, ensuring top-notch service delivery.Responsibilities:

Assist in the handling of materials, including receiving, storage and distribution within the warehouse.
Participate in physical activities such as lifting and moving items as required.
Keep the warehouse tidy by organising and cleaning.
Helping to manage stock levels through regular checks and updates.
Accurately prepare and pack orders for delivery.
Safely operate warehouse machinery, such as pallet jacks.
Work with the team to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
Replenish customer stock on a daily basis as agreed, requiring clean room access.
Report any problems to the supervisor and suggest improvements.
Undertake additional duties as required, including working weekends and public holidays.
Assist the customer service team in meeting customer requirements.
Assist the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations.
Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and Teams.
Warehouse experience a plus.
Able to lift items up to 15kg.
Detail oriented with strong organisational skills.
Able to manage time effectively.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
