- the Marketing team in driving awareness, acquisition and engagement for TikTok Shop in SingaporeResponsibilitiesCampaign Monetization & Partnerships (50%)
- Identify potential partners to pitch monetization initiatives/packages
- Craft and refine external materials such as pitch decks for partners & brands
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate activation of marketing assets & resources, in collaboration with external brands & partners
- Conduct real-time monitoring and post-campaign analysis to track registrations, partnership revenue, and performance of brand partners during campaigns
- Respond to day-to-day queries from external and internal stakeholders/partners regarding campaign monetization initiatives/packages where required
- Support legal and finance processes such as setting up contracts and invoices, and designing of in-app resources where requiredMarketing (50%)
- Support business & consumer marketing on executions of monthly campaigns and other ad-hoc initiatives
- Collaborate & coordinate across internal & external stakeholders, including KOLs, creator managers, campaign operations, key account managers etc
- Day-to-day on creative & media agency management, communication & briefings
- Assist with internal reporting, competitor research & social listeningQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Currently studying at a recognized university, preferably a Marketing or Business-related major/specialization
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months, from mid Jun - end Dec 2025
- Solid project management skills, communication skills, team collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership
- Strong learning aptitude and attitudePreferred Qualifications
- Prior internships in marketing, partnerships, monetization, and/or KOL/media/creative agencies
- Basic understanding of internet/e-commerce advertising solutions/business
- Some knowledge of video editing programs and creative production
- Comfortable with data and possess attention to detail
