- Utilizing JDE for locating of assets and inventory to compile project Master Equipment Lists.
- Request redeployment and/or purchase of A and I to meet project requirements.
- Arrange equipment inspection or repair by third parties as required.
- Coordinate with the R&M Manager to advise maintenance requirements and allocation of personnel to complete all maintenance tasks in line with project deadlines.
- Communicate with project engineers and operations team on additional project requirements and ensure MEL is complete prior to load out. Highlight any equipment shortages, potential delays or maintenance issues that may affect project deadlines.
- Conduct final visual load-out equipment inspection and DROPS in coordination with QA engineer and supervisor.
- Coordinate with the QA engineer to Compile asset inspection/calibration TMDE reports for project QA folder.
- Coordinate with R&M Manager to ensure all MPD maintenance, inspection, repair and qualification requirements are met and all work is carried out is in compliance with Weatherford OEPS, OEM and industry standards, ensuring compliance technical work instructions, raising corrective actions for all non-conformities and identifying areas requiring improvement and or audit.
- Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfill these.
- 5 years’ experience in project coordination/ management, from conception to delivery.
- Good experience in heavy Industrial, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing sector.
- Comfortable attending regional meetings at night & working on the weekends occasionally for project urgency.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Familiarity with risk management (HSE), quality assurance control, including visual inspection, and adherence to quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Fluent in English language (speaking and writing) for effective collaboration with overseas teams.
- Purchasing experience
- Repair and Maintenance Experience: Either worked as an R&M technician before or after a field engineer experience or had exposure in R&M during field engineer role.
- Operated or maintained, Managed pressure drilling equipment in the workshop or in the field or have similar workshop experience in an engineering related service company
- 2-3 years experience in a role as Failure analyst, Reliability Engineer, Reliability Coordinator, Quality Engineer, Reliability Supervisor
- 6-10 years of Drilling Services Experience
- Working knowledge of the JD Edwards system
