- Prospecting and generating new leads — you’ll build our lead lists and feed our CRM like a machine.
- Crafting and executing cold outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and the occasional cold call.
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads — you’ll learn how to sniff out a good one from the fluff.
- Supporting in B2B campaigns, partnerships, events, and networking efforts.
- Learning sales, marketing, and recruiting fundamentals directly from our founder.
- Sitting in on client calls and shadowing real deals from pitch to close.
- Confident communicator (verbal + written) who’s not afraid to speak up or strike a conversation with anyone.
- Grit, hustle, and hunger. You don’t wait for instructions — you figure it out.
- Curious about the world of startups, sales, HR, talent, or tech.
- Comfortable with rejection, ambiguity, and a fast-moving environment.
- Bonus if you’ve done any cold outreach, sales, or recruitment before — but not mandatory.
- Exposure to founders, clients, and hiring decision-makers from Day 1.
