- Perform general personal & secretarial duties
- Monitor office supplies needs related equipment such as office maintenance, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
- To assist in data entry, organisation of files, documents etc. and other coordination duties
- Attend to queries via calls and handling courier services and mails
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities
- Provide support in all ad-hoc and administrative duties when assigned
- Diploma in Business Admin/Marketing/Human Resource/Finance or related field
- Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6pm
- Able to commit minimally 6 months
- Proficient in the use of PC/Laptop
- Be fluent in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to start immediately
