- Write integrated briefs spanning content, media, and creative.
- Build quarterly roadmaps tying marketing outputs to commercial KPIs.
- Spot upsell opportunities grounded in data, not fluff.
- Run agile workflows; own budgets, timelines, and scopes.
- Jump in with basic media plan math or copy tweaks when needed.
- Create dashboards in Sheets/Looker Studio; narrate the “so what.”
- Unblock teams quickly - whether that means fixing a tag, rewriting a brief, or calming a stakeholder.
- 3 to 6 years account or project management in an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Hands-on background in one craft (media buying, copywriting, analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency with budget spreadsheets, Gantt/Kanban tools, and GA4.
- Polished client-facing English - verbal and written.
- Demonstrated knack for untangling conflicting requirements.
- S$4,000 to S$8,000 per month.
- Fully remote.
