
Sales Consultant - BYD

- Proactively promote and sell new BYD passenger cars
- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets; and other key penetration metrics (finance, insurance and trade-ins)
- Conduct test drives professionally, support, educate and guide retail customer on the sale, financing, insurance and trade-in processes
- Build and maintain strong new and existing customer relationships.
- Handle all documentation and internal processes for new/used vehicles, financing, insurance, COE bidding, registration, delivery, PDI, and other requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the BYD showroom, display & test drive vehicles to brand standards.
- Able to respond promptly to online and offline inquiries and convert them to showroom appointments
- Possesses the know-how to track leads, prospects, and test drives in Salesforce and BYD CRM applications
- Be a team player and able to work towards a team goal.
- Minimum O / A Levels / Diploma in Business (or equivalent)
- Must have a valid Class 3 driving license
- Confident, hardworking and self-driven. Motivated to drive sales
- Strong sales closing and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Familiarity with Salesforce system is a bonus
