- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure all call activities are conducted in line to the quality standard.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Minimum O levels / N level / Nitec or equivalent.
- Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales.
- Sales driven and possess can-do attitude.
