How you succeedThis role will be part of the Group Compensation & Benefits team. The role will be responsible for driving the staff loans and benefits benchmarking portfolio, as well as support the benefits administration for Flex and Non-Flex Plans. He/she will also be required to work closely with external vendors.What you doStaff Loans· Manage the entire staff loans portfolio including extending loan programmes to other entities, end to end processing of staff loans (Loan application, disbursement, and redemption)· Work with vendor and IT on system and process enhancements· Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements· Perform loan reporting as required· Perform system testing as required· Provide support and maintain oversight on loan administration across the groupBenefits Administration and Processing· Support the benefits administration and processing for employees on respective benefit plans (e.g., Flexible Benefits Plan for Executives, Benefits Plan for Non-Executive, contract benefits plan, grandfathered benefits plan, etc). This includes working closely with internal teams and vendor to deliver the annual benefit selection exercise.· Work with vendor to ensure accurate reporting of benefits related data required for tax reporting.· Support and work with vendor and IT on system and process enhancements.· Monitor and perform vendor due diligence to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.· Develop dashboards and perform governance checks as required· Assist in employee queries related to benefits.Benefits Benchmarking· Perform regular benefits benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness, alignment across entities and compliance to regulatory guidelines.· Work closely with entities in reviewing and implementing benefits enhancements and harmonisation projects.Others· Support implementation of HCM system· Support other projects and day to day activities in benefits teamWho you work withGroup Human ResourcesPeople are our most important asset.
