We strive to be a trustworthy partner that creates income opportunities for our driver-partners by sustainably providing them access to quality assets and innovative tech-driven or data-driven solutions.Get to know the Team:The GR team houses its own strategy, partner productivity, pricing & product design, sales, marketing, operations et al. functions, and also works very closely with other teams in Grab spanning business, operations, tech, and analytics.In the Productivity and Partner Management team, we are focused on high-impact initiatives to empower our driver partners' contribution to Grab's mobility business and ensure a best-in-class rental experience for our driver partnersGet to know the Role:
  • Lead strategic planning and proposals for productivity and driver management related initiatives (40%)
  • Lead implementation and execution of projects (40%)
  • Conduct ongoing and ad hoc analysis on the productivity of the GrabRentals fleet (20%)
The day-to-day activities:
  • Lead strategic planning and impact sizing for productivity and driver management related initiatives
  • Make recommendations to develop and/or refine GR's productivity strategy at a periodic cadence, including identifying and prioritizing cross-functional initiatives to be executed
  • Independently lead analysis of productivity and driver management initiatives to assess effectiveness and propose iterative improvements in furtherance of the business goals
  • Tracking of productivity and other driver performance/engagement metrics in order to assess performance and synthesize insights for leadership
  • Lead end-to-end project management of pilots and other business initiatives in a consistent, high-quality manner
  • Work with various stakeholder teams both within GR and wider Grab Operations, Product and Tech teams to align objectives, success criteria and where necessary, planning and execution of initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and motivate junior members of the team
QualificationsThe must-haves:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a strategy, business analysis, or similar-type role
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Ability to use a data-driven approach to identify problems and implement solutions
  • Experience with hands-on engagement, strong interpersonal / influencing skills
  • Solid spoken and written communication skills including executive-level communication/slides
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Data analytics skills and knowledge of SQL are a plus
