- Support Group Head of Institutional Banking Group (IBG) in defining, communicating and executing IBG strategy
- Perform market research including macro trend assessment, market scoping and competitor analysis
- Partner with IBG market, segment and industry team to understand the business strategy, landscape, drivers and performance
- Organise and drive IBG-wide initiatives together with relevant Business Unit and Support Unit partners
- Lead in the business performance measurement of IBG through the Scorecard exercise
- Support IBG Group Head’s internal and external engagements and presentations, and any ad-hoc tasks within the scope of IBG Strategy & Planning
- MIS reporting, including budgeting, forward-looking forecasting, close partnership with GFPA to support management reviews and disclosure
- Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics preferred
- 10 years of relevant work experience. Prior IBG experience will be a plus
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability towork quickly and independently under time pressure
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Sound understanding of Economics, and the Banking and Financial Services industry
