Accountable for day-to-day cash/transaction operations, reconciliation and its related KPIs - TAT, productivity and capacity
- Responsible for ensuring that the Operations team process and reconcile day-to-day transactions timely and accurately (including but not limited to, disbursal, repayments, refunds)
- Innovating and improving operational processes and flows as needs arise; including but not limited to automating operations.
- Streamline and standardize operations where applicable.
- Assist the Operations Manager to manage any operational risk, including taking remedy action, if required
- Implementing various initiatives for Singapore, with focus on the operational needs (e.g. maximizing features such Virtual Accounts and APIs with local bank(s) to enhance operational effectiveness)
- Leading and/or participating in multi-functional ad hoc projects / working groups, particularly those focused on improving operational efficiencies - may include automation, process change, process streamline etc.
- Partner and work with Finance, Compliance, Risk teams ensuring that we operate within and uphold the relevant regulation standards.
- Maintaining and supervising documentation of processes and decisions
- Cover any operational gaps as and when required.
- Any other ad hoc requests
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ledger management or accounting (preferably with added experience in process optimization)
- Meticulous and detail-oriented especially in checking and submitting data on spreadsheets.
- Able to see both the “larger picture” and the details
