- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients in the maritime industry
- Identify client requirements and recommend customized FFE and LSA service solutions
- Oversee the full sales cycle-from preparing quotes and negotiating terms to closing deals
- Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely, compliant onboard service delivery
- Track account performance, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term agreements
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with SOLAS, IMO, and Flag State regulations
- Conduct regular client visits, participate in industry events, and offer post-sales support
- Diploma holder in maritime studies would be advantageous
- A good team player with ability to multi task
- Good analytical skills, meticulous and organized
- Possess positive work attitude, good interpersonal and communication skill
