- Welcome and engage with patients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including taking histories and spinal examinations (Including palpation, range of motion and postural assessment)
- Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Provide education and answer basic questions about chiropractic treatment procedures
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Handling day to day customer service and clinic administrative duties
- Explain services and treatment programs to patients
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- High energy, dynamic and self-motivated individuals who have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about customer service.
- Great attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentations.
- Chinese Speaking candidates to translate and assist in patient enquiries will be an advantage!
- Able to commit to retail shift working hours (which may include Saturdays / Sundays / Public Holidays)
