Microelectronics: Advanced Device Fabrication process, reliability analysis, process characterization, Semiconductor packaging, assembly and testing.
System Engineering: System and Project Management, Model Based System Engineering, System Requirement Analysis, Architecture Design, Verification and Validation testing
Digital Supply Chain: Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Strategy and Design, Digital Transformation in Supply Chain
Advanced Manufacturing: Cyber Physical Systems, Robotics and Automation, Industry 4.0 (smart maintenance and Industrial Internet of Things)
Successful candidates will join the Engineering (ENG) Cluster (one of five academic clusters in SIT) as members of a team of accomplished experts who are passionate about higher education and deeply involved in industry transformation. The appointment will be based on contract renewal basis.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in the specified subjects.
Utilise competency-based education principles to develop course materials and syllabi.
Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the academic programs.
Qualifications:
A MSc or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience in microelectronics, system engineering, digital supply chain, marine automation systems or advanced manufacturing.
Experience with online and blended learning methodologies.
