
Junior EPM/CPM Consultant

- Support clients in diverse digital transformation initiatives across sectors (Luxury, Retail, Services, Industry, Banking/Insurance, and Energy) and advise them on strategic choices to enhance business performance and sustainability.
- Leverage dual expertise—technical and functional (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, S&OP)—to deliver high-impact solutions to bring strong knowledge in finance or logistics to support specialized project areas
- Collaborate with managers on strategic and operational projects across various client environments.
- Drive digital transformation efforts by aligning technology with business goals.
- Design relevant and innovative solutions while considering all aspects of the client’s context.
- Optimize core business processes to improve efficiency and operational outcomes.
- Implement and improve information systems and data quality tailored to client needs.
- Participate in all phases of project delivery—scoping, design, implementation, configuration, testing, and client training.
- Engage in internal initiatives such as CSR programs, recruitment, junior training, and entrepreneurship.
- Demonstrate a passion for high-value-added projects and technological innovation and show a strong interest in new technologies and their business applications.
- Thrive in team environments and value friendly, collaborative moments with colleagues.
- 3+ years of consulting experience, ideally within digital transformation or business process optimization projects
- Strong end-to-end delivery experience with EPM solutions (e.g. TM1, BPC, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Cognos Planning, Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, OneStream, etc.)
- Solid financial background and/or hands-on experience with SQL
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in systems implementation projects is highly valued
- Good attitude, with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with both technical and functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (other languages appreciated)
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving client environments
