- Company that specialises in cosmetic products, with many well-known brands under them.
- Responsible for the outlook and overall design of the various stores under the company.
- Aid in visual merchandising and planogram activities across all stores, including display setup and collateral positioning.
- Develop advertising and marketing collaterals for physical and eCommerce platforms.
- Design and create creative artwork for store POSM
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department on campaign launches and provide assistance as required.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Training teams to create store materials.
- Manage the packing and delivery of visual merchandising materials to stores.
- Generate monthly store guides and reports on store changes, renovations, and new openings.
- Coordinate yearly store upgrades and reinstatement projects in line with brand standards.
- Partner with the Sales Manager, HQ Store Implementation team, and local contractors on in-store design and planogram initiatives.
- Oversee project management and administrative tasks related to store design and upgrades.
- At least 1-2 years of Visual Merchandising and Design experience, in the beauty industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software.
- At least a Diploma in Design (Visual Communication) or related.
