This includes delegating tasks to subordinates, coordinating engineering activities, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. He/she will ensure compliance with maintenance standards, monitor supplies, and respond to emergency breakdowns. Additionally, the Duty Engineer handles minor projects, ensures systems are well-maintained, and promotes energy conservation measures. The incumbent also conducts inspections, leads daily meetings, and trains subordinates while enforcing hotel policies.What you will do:Oversee delegation of daily tasks to subordinates, aligning with maintenance programs such as Perfect Room Program (PRP) and Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP)Coordinate all engineering activities hotel-wideDevelop and execute PMP for engineering equipment/systems including those under Maintenance Contracts, ensuring strict adherence to PMP standards. Monitor and maintain records of preventive maintenance activities.Manage inventory levels of engineering supplies and ensure timely replenishmentRespond to emergency breakdowns promptly and see through to resolution.
