What the role is:A Driver For Change JTC is the forerunner for Smart Facilities Management and has been appointed as the Centre of Excellence for Facilities Management (FM) to provide FM advisory to other public sector agencies.What you will be working on:Digitalisation and innovation is key in transforming FM. To do so, we are looking for individuals with a passion and knowledge for digital solution implementation and strategic planning. You will be part of a dynamic team that takes a proactive approach in driving technology enhancement to support and improve productivity for operations, develop and implement solution for improved management oversight as well as partner development and management. As a driver for change, success in the role will be demonstrated by resilience and your ability to thrive in uncharted waters. Responsibilties • Analyse building data to derive insights and predictions for effective interventions by JTC's Facilities Management (Operations) team • Manage multi-data sources and platforms, applying analytics to identify co-relations • Assist to establish and review IT architecture, standards, design and implementation approaches of existing and future systems used for facility monitoring, management and workflows • Implement new technology, systems and applications to improve facility operation productivity for JTC's developments • Keep in pace with the latest data management and analytics tools and methodologyWhat we are looking for:

Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (eg. Project & Facilities Management/Building, Engineering, etc) • Interest in data analysis and management • Interest in IT project planning and implementation • Able to work well in teams to drive outcomes • Familiar with IoT Architecture • Familiarity with either OPC, Modbus, BACnet, DALI, DMX, LoRA or DSRC will be a bonus
