- Data-driven business opportunities:
- Harness internal customer data, transactional data, and market research insights to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviour and preferences.
- Explore external data sources and competitive analyses to enrich insights and identify market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize problem statements related to customer engagement, product adoption, and market positioning.
- Apply data-driven methodologies to analyze root causes, identify patterns, and formulate hypotheses to address problem statements.
- Produce concise and compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Customer Milestone engagement:
- Leverage significant life milestones and banking relationships to enhance the banking experience.
- Design personalized interactions and targeted offerings aligned with anticipated customer needs.
- Develop personalized communication journeys and bundled propositions for birthdays, life stages, special occasions, and nurturing banking relationships.
- Choreograph marketing engagements:
- Coordinate various customer engagement and leverage Martech platforms (AIML, GenAI, DCP, etc.) to deliver effective integrated communications to the target microsegment.
- Develop customer-driven marketing strategies and use cases based on the microsegment’s behaviour and engagement preferences.
- Deliver impact to customer and business results:
- Monitor and optimize execution of campaigns by tracking responses, conversions and effectiveness of engagement to drive product penetration, acquisition, usage and customer retention.
- Proficiency in dissecting complex datasets and identifying trends.
- Strong command over data visualization and interpretation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
- Out-of-the-box thinker and creative problem solver who is able to manage complexity, ambiguity and open-ended questions.
- Enjoys working in a fast pace environment and responding positively to changes.
- Experience in building strong and effective relationships with key partners within and outside the organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management through storyboarding.
- Self-starter and results-oriented, able to work independently and pragmatically.
- Strong in Excel and PowerPoint.
