Join us in our mission to make the world a better place!ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Activating and conducting daily cycle counts and updating data into the system.Analyzing and reconciling stock variances with root cause analysis and driving necessary corrective actions.Working with respective departments to ensure compliance with process workflows and procedure requirements.Detailing cycle count results and filing documents according to policy.Verifying and attending to complaints related to inventory discrepancies.Generating and publishing inventory accuracy metrics and root cause analysis reports.Participating in 5S and JDI activities.Participate in ISO, EHS & QSR activities to ensure compliance with all procedures regarding safe environmental practices, safe materials handling, storage, precautions, and proper attire.Ensuring that systems and procedures within the department align with ISO and regulatory requirements.Participating in PPI Kaizen improvement projects.RequirementsTo successfully implement the responsibilities of the Senior Inventory Coordinator, you should have:Proven experience in inventory control or a related field.Strong analytical skills to determine root causes and drive corrective actions.Outstanding attention to detail for flawless documentation and reporting.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure process compliance.Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.Distribution Warehouse experience.Inventory control cycle count experience.
