- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the residential interior build sector, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, developers, and premium projects.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with designers, architects, and project management consultants (PMCs), leveraging your connections to expand the company's market reach.
- Proactively generate leads and secure project specifications for luxury lighting, parquet flooring, and bespoke furniture solutions.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiation of contracts with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, project management, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and recommendations to the management team.
- Champion an entrepreneurial mindset within the team, contributing to brand growth and the expansion into new market segments.Key qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the residential interior build or fit-out industry.
- Proven track record in business development within premium/luxury interior solutions.
- Background in interior design, architecture, or related field is highly advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow the business.
Established network or strong connections with design architects, and/or PMCs is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
