- Assist and support the Global Equity Diversity & Inclusion leads in the delivery of the strategy and approach across Boeing Global.
- Monitor, test, and update tracking and communication tools per direction.
- Under direct supervision and guidance, provides necessary information to management on key diversity and inclusion requirements, goals, etc.
- Assists in the coordination of diversity recruitment efforts and coordinating community and company diversity activities.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of local diversity plans.
- Assists in conducting Cultural Diversity events and developing supporting material.
- Ability to work full-time for 3/6 months during the calendar year
- Studying a course in a social science
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levels.
- To have forward thinking mind-set and self-motivated
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations
- Exceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to engineering, aerospace and a career with Boeing
