Liaise with customers to complete pre-assessment requirements for account opening. Perform KYC follow-up with customers who have dropped off from the Online Business Account Opening platform Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to verify business legitimacy and ensure adherence to mandatory banking policies and procedures Identify potential risks or discrepancies during the account opening process. Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the account opening process Maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and ensure compliance to bank regulationsAbout you:1. Confident and presentable with strong written and verbal communication skills2. Able to conduct business conversation in both English and Mandarin3. Independent and organised with the capacity to multi-task, handle high volume of work and manage time effectively under pressure4. Self-motivated with a customer excellence mindset, consistently prioritising customer satisfaction and service quality5. Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen eye for accuracy6. Effective team player who takes initiative and contributes positively to group efforts7.
