- Develop strategic frameworks for integrated campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
- Lead social media strategy, including content pillars, channel planning, and audience targeting.
- Conduct research and audience analysis to uncover cultural, consumer, and category insights.
- Translate insights into compelling creative briefs that inspire impactful storytelling.
- Partner with creative teams and media agencies to align strategy, execution, and amplification.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools.
- Stay updated on digital trends, innovations, and social media behaviours.
- Deliver workshops and client presentations, clearly communicating strategic thinking.
- Contribute to new business pitches with insights and strategic recommendations.
- 2-5 years of experience in strategy, planning, or digital marketing (agency background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, social media platforms, and digital ecosystems.
- Skilled at turning qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Curious, trend-aware, and passionate about culture and consumer behaviour.
- Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore and/or Southeast Asias digital and social media landscape will be an advantage.
- Experience in content marketing or influencer engagement strategies.
- Understanding of basic media planning principles.
- Background in copywriting or design would be a plus.
