Procurement Lead

• To set up equipment and/or bulk materials purchases / agreements for assigned product categories in according to company's guidelines
• Maintain list of suppliers for the assigned categories
• Perform pricing and costing analysis
• Assist to support any issues with vendor
• Develop and maintain historical database on assigned category
• Conduct quarterly business review on main suppliers and their performances

• Degree in Engineering, supply chain or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in similar role preferably in oil and gas industry
• Must have good understanding of fabrication, installation and/or production processes and be familiar with similar products
• Good knowledge in MS Office, SAP, Documentum
• Demonstrate ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures
• Good negotiation skills
• Service oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Office based but at time might require to travel to yard.
