- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for analytics and customer data services.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by driving solution adoption.
- Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end analytics and customer data solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that align with client goals and industry best practices.
- Monitor project performance and address any challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on leveraging analytics and customer data to achieve business objectives.
- Deliver impactful presentations and reports that communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Develop frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance the practice's capabilities.
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements.
- Lead from the front, acting as an exemplary role model of integrity for leaders at all levels; promote a strong sense of loyalty and followership as well as to energise others to perform at the highest level
- Build a high-performance culture by cultivating individual and team strengths; drive outstanding service, quality and stakeholder value, often through a mix of large cross-business and/or cross-border teams.
