Join us in transforming the digital landscape for businesses around the world.Job DescriptionRole Overview:As an IT Chat Support + Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our users through chat and other online platforms. Additionally, you will contribute to our quality assurance process by testing our software solutions, identifying bugs, and suggesting improvements to ensure the highest standards of reliability and user satisfaction.Qualifications:
  • Strong Command of the English Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex technical issues in simple, clear terms.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for technology are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Familiarity: While professional experience is a plus, it's not a must. We welcome candidates with a strong understanding of or education in software development, testing methodologies, and familiarity with various operating systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills and Customer Empathy: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. The ability to navigate customer queries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Passion for Technology and Learning: Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industry. A proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges and contributing to team success.
