
Regional HR Business Partner Lead

- Oversee HR teams in China, Malaysia, and Singapore, serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders and site management to drive business and people priorities.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead HR harmonization across regions by aligning policies, practices, and processes to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
- Drive HR transformation and digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making.
- Degree-qualified with a HR-related discipline and at least 10-12 years of HR experience, primarily in business partnering roles within large international organisations.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, managing HR operations across multiple sites in Asia, with a strong emphasis on China.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with regional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Workday HRIS platform is preferred.
