- Handling 3 of stack customer service mailboxes + facebook enquiries: respond to customers, update customer tracker sheet, log cases for investigations (both to internal and external tech team).
- SMS UNSUB and account deletion tracker
- Catalogue redemption & KF tagging via GRS on behalf of credit card team
- Update of GRS catalogue and marketplace catalogue
- Handling of voucher purchase for both internal clients and exceptional handling for bank customers.
- Processing of loyalty team invoices for both A&P and tech
- Assistance with voucher fulfilment for campaigns
- Any other administrative duties such as update of SOP decks and templates, forms creations whenever necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- 12 Months Contract, renewable
- Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Up to $3000
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Looking for candidates with banking or strong admin experience
